Howdy, I'm Jacob!
I am a UX Designer with experience in web design, application design, point of sale systems, and technical support. I recently completed the Google Professional UX Design Certification course offered by Coursera and am eager to put into practice all of the knowledge I have learned. I am constantly expanding on my critical design thinking and UI skills to find new ways to enhance user experiences. My favorite projects are those that push my problem solving skills to the limit, help me advance my skills, and add new tools to my "toolbox."
In 2023 I had the unique opportunity of working with IntelliCentrics to help redesign the internal hub application and their customer-facing applications revolving around medical credentialing. That is where I utilized key collaboration skills to fulfill business needs while also addressing user needs and design improvements. When I am not designing, you can find me at a MLB or NCAA game, learning a song on my guitar, or enjoying the outdoors!
